Where Work & Life Meet

A personal database. For now… I find it difficult to share my personal and professional thoughts on other social platforms. I felt making a website that I can treat as a database for my work, research, opinions, and other miscellaneous things that find themselves here could be a better creative outlet for me. A place where its less embarrassing to perceived and easier to build an archive of my projects and theories.

How it works

The Work Bag website is edited almost daily. Some pages are works in progress or coming soon and they will be marked as such, all pages are marked with a last edited tag, and all pages are subject to future editing.

Who I am

I’m Lila, I was born & raised in East Los Angeles. I’m passionate about good design in all aspects of life. Everything I’ve learned about design and culture, I’ve learned or taught myself.

What I do

My CV is mostly made up of 6+ years as a freelance brand designer and most recently a 2 year stint as the Design Lead at a newly tanked beauty & wellness start up.

Now I help early-stage founders discover their brand's unique presence and value by curating brand visions and strategies that help them build genuine communities and cement themselves as symbols in popular culture. + I am currently looking for entry level roles at early stage venture funds.
